Angel of New Orleans

The follow-up to Vincent Vino, Angel of New Orleans is the forthcoming new thriller from Nathan Crace that is based on true events and features Dr. Roman DuMonde (known as Rome to his friends). Rome is a tenured professor of forensic psychiatry at Tulane University who also consults with the FBI’s New Orleans field office. When a local reporter nicknames a vigilante the “Angel of New Orleans,” the FBI has to find the suspected serial killer before he strikes again and grows his cult-like fan base. A familiar face makes the trip from New York City to the Big Easy to offer his help, but the deeper the team dives in, the more Rome wants out. He already wrestles with his own personal demons, but something about this case hits too close to home . . . and he doesn’t know why. Or does he?
